What I have seen is ...I have not seen this problem. What I have seen is that sometimes a line is terminated wrongly, and that messes up the editor's ability to interpret the code. Select Tools -> Options from the main menu. Then select User Interface -> Editor -> Source. Check the boxes to show tabs, spaces, and line breaks. Then it stops "refreshing". Delphi 10.4 . I tried everything. There was no way I could make it show all the new methods.
